What is JP-PAS?
The JP-PAS Program is a specialized Florida initiative designed for high-functioning adults with significant disabilities. Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for the JP-PAS reimbrusement in Miami-Dade, you must meet the following criteria:
Employment
Must be currently employed and earning at least the federal poverty level.
Daily Support
Require assistance with at least two Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, or mobility.
Residency
Must be a Florida resident and at least 18 years of age.
Program Status
Must not currently be receiving Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS).
