Fisher Island is a private, residents-only island reached by ferry from the terminal on the MacArthur Causeway, so we plan every caregiver's schedule around the crossing. Golden Concierge provides one-on-one in-home care for Fisher Island residents, from a few hours a day to 24-hour and live-in care, with the discretion island living calls for. Spanish-speaking caregivers are available.
